Brand Profile:piʻlo

Everything in this collection is hand made by piʻlo head designer, Heather Shaw, and the wonderful women who sometimes help her. They work out of a coach house studio behind Heather’s Victorian house in the heart of downtown Toronto. According to Heather, it is a very calm and soothing space with natural light and plenty of inspiration. They endeavour to make things carefully and responsibly and hope that each item will be passed down to future generations as family heirlooms.

Heather has always loved creating functional items for the home. To be able to do that every day and to surround her two boys with creativity is very special to her.
